What the factory is waiting for from a person, in every repository: questions to answer, proposals to ratify, and pull requests that failed. Click an answer to copy its command, then comment it on the issue. The owner can post them from /act instead, with a button.
The fleet
Every repository Invariant works in is a star. Its projects orbit it as planets, sized by how many states TLC checked and colored by language, with a ring in the accent when every check holds. Open issues ride the outer orbit as comets, from issue to merge, and each merged issue becomes a moon of its project.

Each dot is one state of a model, exactly as TLC explored it. Each ring is one more step from where the model starts, and the point in the middle is the invariant, true in every one of them. Bright points are the model running. Red is a planted bug: TLC catches it the step it breaks a rule.

Issue to merge
Every issue the factory has taken, as it happened on GitHub. Solid is the factory working, blue is CI's gate, and a dashed gold gap is the factory waiting on a person. Those gaps are folded, so long waits don't hide the factory's minutes.

Who builds what
Invariant doesn't build all of itself, and it shouldn't. Proofs go where the rules are, tests go where the plumbing is, and a person makes every decision.

Every decision in the journal, on a spiral from the oldest, at its center, to the newest. Choose one to read it and light up what rests on it. Only the journal is read, so what records, docs and code cite isn't drawn.
